About the Course

This is an independent holistic training programme designed for those who seek a high-quality, responsible and ethical approach to learning — with no previous experience required.

This programme is offered independently and focuses on personal and professional growth. It is not an academic or accredited qualification, and it is not affiliated with, or recognised as an official course of, the Bach Centre.

What You Will Learn

By the end of the programme, you will be able to:

• 🧠 Understand the holistic view of the human being, grounded in esoteric philosophy (Theosophy) and subtle anatomy — including chakras, energy bodies, and the planes of manifestation.

• 🧾 Learn the step-by-step process to conduct sessions ethically, professionally and with structure.

• 🌸 Work with key therapeutic tools such as Flower Essence Therapy, Dowsing and Numerology.

• 🛡️ Strengthen your own energy and learn techniques for balance and protection to practise safely.

• 👉Conduct complete sessions — from the initial consultation to the therapeutic plan — with confidence and sensitivity.

Module 1: Esoteric Philosophy and Subtle Anatomy

• Foundations of esoteric philosophy, the soul’s journey, subtle bodies, chakras, karma and dharma.

Module 2: Holistic Therapeutic Practice

• The role of the therapist, mental health and neurodiversity, ethical practice, therapeutic planning, and the step-by-step process of a consultation.

Module 3: Dowsing

• History of dowsing, instruments (pendulum, aurameter, biometrical ruler and charts), movements, programming and practice — including the introductory use of dowsing for Bach Flower Remedy research.

Duration: 6 to 9 months | Lessons: approximately 50 live sessions | Format: online via Zoom, once or twice a week |

Lesson length: between one and a half and two hours.

Course Structure & Modules Summary

Module 4: Energy Balance

• Energy protection and cleansing, essential oils, protective flower essences, creative visualisation, and strengthening the auric field.

Module 5: Flower Essence Therapy

• Dr Bach’s philosophy, the Bach, Minas (Brazilian), and Saint Germain (Brazilian) systems, preparation of essences, the seven Bach's emotional flower remedy groups, Rescue Remedy, and applications for children and animals.

Module 6: Pythagorean Numerology

• Karmic numerology, life mission, cycles, challenges, personal potential, and the basic interpretation of numerology charts.

Final Module: Practical Training

• Three supervised sessions with simulated consultations and individual feedback.

How It Works in Practice

• 🖥️ Live classes: held in real time via Zoom and adapted to your learning pace.

• 👥 Format: individual classes, with the possibility of small group sessions (depending on demand)

• 📚 Materials: all modules include digital handbooks (PDF).

• 🔧 Instruments: the pendulum and aurameter should be purchased separately (recommendations provided), as well as printed charts (with full guidance on how to print them).

• 🤝 Support: personalised guidance and mentoring outside class hours

• 🧭 Study Paths: this complete programme includes all foundational modules in Holistic Therapy. If you prefer, you may also begin your journey by enrolling in one of the individual courses — Flower Essence Therapy, Numerology or Dowsing — which form part of this complete training.

Certification

Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance, including the list of modules covered and total study hours.
